Pricing & Payments:

Breakfast:

• Pricing: A complete breakfast is free for all students, regardless of family income.  À la carte items may also be purchased for $0.50 per item.
• How to Pay:  Students should bring cash to pay each day for their breakfast selection(s).

Lunch:

• Pricing:  Student Lunch: $3.50           Staff Lunch: $4.00
• How to Pay:  Paying for school lunches is now through FACTS! 

   

 

Breakfast & Lunch Availability & Guidelines

All full-day students in preschool through grade 8 are provided with lunchtime.  Students may pack lunch from home, or they may purchase their lunch at school. Below, please find more detailed information about availability and related guidelines for lunch, as well as free breakfast, which is newly offered for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Breakfast:

Breakfast items will include a variety of beverage and food options subject to availability.  These items may include, but are not limited to, milk or juice; yogurt; cereal; muffins or muffin tops; Rice Krispies Treats™; and more.
 

• Availability:
  • K-8 students in Morning Care from 7:45 AM - 8:10 AM
  • Preschool students in Morning Care who arrive at or after 8:00 AM 
  • All K-8 students arriving for the normal school day prior to 8:20.  However, students should pay close attention to time to ensure they are not tardy and are back in their classrooms by the 8:20 AM late bell.
• Guidelines:
  • Students arriving by bus who want breakfast should--
    • Come in the main, porch doors as always.
    • Drop off backpacks at their classrooms.
    • Walk downstairs to the cafeteria and get breakfast.
    • We realize there could be buses arriving at 8:10 or later. If this is the case, students will have to move quickly so they can be upstairs and getting unpacked by the 8:20 late bell.
    • Go back to the classroom after eating, but be back in the classroom by 8:20. 
  • Students arriving by car should--
    • Arrive between 7:45 and 8:05.  They MUST arrive by 8:05 if they want breakfast.
    • Come in the main, porch doors as always.
    • Drop their backpacks off in their classrooms.
    • Walk down to the cafeteria and get breakfast.
    • Be back in the classroom by 8:20.
  • Students who are coming for morning care should--
    • (Between 6:45 and 7:45) come in the main porch doors as always and go to Mrs. Macioce's classroom.
    • (Preschoolers who are part of Morning Care - after 7:45 until 8:45) come to the cafeteria.

National School Lunch Program:
We have applied to join the National School Lunch Program and anticipate approval around mid-October.  As soon as we are approved, we will send out Free and Reduced applications to all families. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
 

Lunch Guidelines:

• Students should select three (3) items from the lunch menu to count as a complete lunch.  At least one (1) item chosen should be a fruit or a vegetable.
• For students who do not wish to select the daily entrée may choose an alternate entrée:
